The Manager leads a team of Data Analysts who analyse data, business processes and information systems to develop new data assets and analytics for Gold Coast Hospital and Health Service.
An opportunity has become available for a Manager (Data Development) to join Gold Coast Health (GCH) where the focus of our 12 000-strong team is on providing world-class health care to people living in the Gold Coast, and northern New South Wales region of Australia.
You will Provide authoritative, expert and timely advice to the Director Data Operations, executive and senior management, line managers, other government agencies and external stakeholder groupLead a team of data experts in the delivery of quality data services in an agile environmentDevelop a professional, competent and collaborative team that responds to stakeholdersDrive standards, design processes and uplift team technical capability to ensure the efficiency and assure the quality of data and analytics servicesPromote best practice and drive innovation in the development and continuous improvement of data and analytics products that meet the information needs of the organisationAbout you To be successful in this position you will require:
