Manager - Data Analytics

DXC Technology is looking for a skilled Manager to lead the Data Analytics team. This role focuses on developing and maintaining essential reporting and analytics, aiding in streamlined operations and performance tracking. As part of this team, you will establish and modify reports specific to DXC's needs within the NSW Workers' Compensation scheme and drive process improvements.
In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
Lead the Data Analytics team and collaborate with People Leaders.
Develop and maintain reporting for business operations and performance tracking.
Create dashboards for client reporting, analyzing claims history.
Explore and implement process improvements.
Manage and develop team members.
Act as the subject matter expert for all reporting requirements within the NSW Workers' Compensation scheme.

Proven experience leading in the NSW Workers' Compensation scheme.
Experience in case management.
