The Manager Data & Analytics role supports the Senior Manager in establishing and executing robust data governance practices, ensuring data accuracy and reliability for analytics and reporting.
Responsibilities: Develop and implement a comprehensive data strategy aligned with enterprise goals and regulatory requirements. Facilitate regular workshops with stakeholders to gather detailed requirements and ensure alignment on reporting objectives. Ensure compliance with Data Governance requirements and industry standards for audit and review purposes. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance data analytics capabilities, staying updated on industry best practices and emerging trends. Minimum Requirements: Significant experience in data analytics, particularly within operational risk management. Strong ability to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights. Proven track record of successfully delivering data analytics projects using Agile methodologies. Experience engaging and managing relationships with stakeholders, including senior management.
