Manager - Cyber Security Strategy & Risk This London/hybrid based role will focus on client engagements and excellence in delivery of our services.
Reporting to the UK Director for Strategy and Risk, this Management position is responsible for leading project teams of cyber security Strategy & Consulting specialists and acting as a trusted cyber security advisor to senior stakeholders in one of the world's global cyber security organisations.
Achieved by providing direction and support to consultants as part of engagement teams, and through building client trust by communicating with influence, demonstrating excellence in planning and execution, and contributing deep cyber security knowledge and expertise.
Actively contributing throughout the client engagement life cycle, from identifying and qualifying opportunities to delivery and closure, in addition to ongoing management of client relationships.
Skills & experience Relevant cybersecurity accreditations and or certifications such as e.g., CISSP, CISM, CRISC, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor/Implementer, etc.
is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of leading cybersecurity frameworks and standards such as ISO27001, NIST, Cyber Essentials+, CAF, CIS, SOC 2, etc.
Strong experience in applying a strategic mindset and understanding how engagements fit into a broader business context.
Skill in leading client meetings and presenting findings with confidence and presence.
Proficiency, experience and depth of knowledge across multiple cyber security domains.
Experience coaching, mentoring and leading others to build their capabilities, encourage employee engagement, promote a positive learning environment and deliver high quality outcomes for customers.
Experience in writing risk assessment reports and briefs to senior executives.
Duties Evaluate customers' business needs and advise on strategic cyber security planning.
Manage all or part of a relationship with customers, including change management, account planning, and development of key relationships to lead to follow-on work.
Manage engagement teams, including project scoping and definition, work plan development and implementation, meeting preparation and facilitation, and project management.
Perform rigorous analysis to identify potential value creating opportunities, developing cohesive conclusions, and presenting key findings at the executive level.
Lead, coach and build high performing Strategy & Consulting Practice teams by developing others' skills and increasing knowledge of CyberCX and Practice products, services, capabilities.
