This Opportunity As theManager Customer Support at TasWater you will lead and drive a high-performanceteam, focused on supporting vulnerable customers experiencing hardship and casemanagement of customer complaints, including managing high level customermatters to achieve successful outcomes.
Key Accountabilities Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Customer Support team, Responsible for customer complaints escalated from across TasWater, the Tasmanian Ombudsman and other Government departments ensuring regulatory timeframes are met, Growing awareness, and effectiveness of our Customer Support Program for vulnerable customers and others in financial hardship, Supporting and leading a high performing team to deliver a great experience for our customers to ensure key deliverables are met, Building strong connections with key external stakeholders including support organisations, regulatory bodies and Government departments, Support and lead Team Leader to deliver a great experience for our customers, Lead and manage customer service initiatives and related projects as required, Manage and maintain policies, procedures and guidelines associated with TasWater's complaints management process and, Develop and maintain positive and collaborative relationships with key stakeholders across the business. The Details This is a permanent full-timeposition that can be based in either Launceston or Devonport, and offershybrid working arrangements and flexibility in working hours so you can dothe things that matter to you.
