About the role
As the Manager within the Customer Engagement and Resolutions team in the Resilient Homes Program (RHP), you will lead and manage a team to deliver comprehensive customer engagement with a solutions focus to help individuals and communities recover from disaster.
As the Manager Customer Engagement, you will:
Manage the end-to-end customer experience by providing advice, program updates and assistance to homeowners
Foster a culture of support and collaboration within the team to build internal expertise and capabilities
Maintain awareness of relevant issues, policy obligations, insights and challenges
Pursue, evaluate, recommend and deliver innovative solutions
What we're looking for
High calibre candidates will have relevant/demonstrated equivalent experience in leading within a complex multifaceted politically and media sensitive environment.
You will be self-directed and motivated, can work collaboratively and positively with others as well as the ability to think strategically while also having very good attention to detail.
