About the role As the Manager of Credit and Campaigns, you will play a key role in shaping customer solutions that enhance payment and collections processes. Some of what you will do: Lead the Credit and Campaigns teams, fostering a supportive and high-performing environment.Drive collections strategies for improved revenue and customer satisfaction.Implement and monitor credit policies to enhance risk management.Engage in hands-on coaching, training, and performance management for team growth.Analyse data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvements.Oversee capacity and workflow to ensure optimal alignment with business needs.Conduct quality assurance testing and support incident investigations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on strategic goals.This role requires someone who possesses: Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Mathematics, or a related field.Excellent operational leadership skills and desirable if you have led collections operations.Expertise in credit and collections practices, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements.Sound understanding and demonstrated experience of active operations management principles, in a high volume environment.Background in capacity forecasting, workflow management, and employee coaching.Ability to drive productivity and continuous improvement within a team.Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.Strong analytical abilities with high numerical accuracy and attention to detail.If you meet some of these requirements, but not all, we encourage you to submit your application.
