Your Role In this role, you'll manage the delivery and administration of the Creative Futures Fund, an initiative of the National Cultural Policy – Revive, to support the commissioning of new Australian artistic works of scale.
Unlike our traditional grant programs, this is a new way to invest in the future of Australian arts.
You'll be the driving force in ensuring the Creative Futures Fund's investment cycle runs seamlessly and effectively.
Your expertise will help shape the future of the fund, ensuring it has a lasting impact on our vibrant sector.
Key Responsibilities Manage the administration of the fund: Take charge of administering the fund ensuring the program runs like clockwork.Develop and refine procedures and guidelines: Develop and refine documentation and processes to ensure clarity and compliance with the fund's requirements.Develop future allied initiatives: Work on creating and implementing allied initiatives that align with organisational priorities.Mitigate risk with precision: Collaborate with the Director Creative Futures Fund and internal stakeholders to develop and implement strategies that mitigate potential risks in investments.Build impactful relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders both inside and outside the creative industries.Drive outreach opportunities: Identify and create outreach opportunities that promote growth and amplify the impact of the fund.Offer specialist advice: Provide advice on the fund's development, outcomes, and impact to support the Director in making informed decisions.Evaluate performance: Collaborate with our evaluation team to monitor and assess the performance of the fund.What's in it for you Fixed term of 2 yearsLocation: Sydney or MelbourneSalary of $110,812 per annum + 11.5% superannuationHybrid work arrangement (two days' work from home and three days on site)Paid leave between Christmas and New YearWellbeing programs and corporate discountsHolistic employee assistance program for employees, their families, and kinApplication Information This opportunity is open for application until 17 November at 11pm.
