About this role We are looking for a Manager to join our high-performing Corporate Tax team in Perth.
Our team provides tailored advice and insights for every aspect of the corporate tax process, helping our clients to manage business-specific tax challenges such as tax audits, international tax issues, corporate governance obligations, and mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence and deal structuring.

Key responsibilities You will apply your expertise in both formal and informal engagements and enjoy a mixture of compliance and advisory work, delivering an exceptional experience for our clients.
Manage overall client engagement including relationship management, tax compliance and advisory, with involvement in matters such as international tax, M&A and IPO transactionsBuild client relationships and identify growth opportunities in our clientsInvolvement in business development opportunitiesSupport continuous improvement initiatives in tax compliance and process-based activitiesCoach, support and develop team membersSkills and experience University degree in a related discipline, such as Accounting / Finance, Business / Commerce, Legal and / or relevant professional qualification(s)CA / CPA, CTA or other relevant industry accreditation(s)Demonstrated experience and technical skills in corporate tax and advisory (ideally in a public practice environment)Proactive approach to client relationships and cross-selling of services, with a strong sense of ownership and accountabilityPrevious experience leading, coaching and mentoring team membersIf you are interested in this role but don't feel that you match every single one of our requirements, we would still love to hear from you and explore the unique skillset and attributes that you can bring to the team.
