About the Role: 

As a result of growth, we are looking to hire a specialist in this newly created role to shape and implement a business-wide Environment and Social Governance (ESG) program. The role will also oversee the business's corporate communications activities.

Preferred Candidates
Preferred candidates will have a background in an ESG stream such as communities, social impact, human resources or responsible sourcing, coupled with a working knowledge of developing, implementing and maintaining audit strategies to meet compliance requirements.

Skills and experience: Tertiary qualification in social sustainability/impact, community engagement, communications or similarExperience in designing, implementing and/or carrying out risk, governance and compliance frameworks, standards, audits and reviewsExperience in delivering social sustainability strategies and community partnership programsStrong project management, communication, engagement skills and data analysisModel a genuine commitment to the health, safety, and wellbeingYour ability to relate to people and understand motivations and drivers will be key to your success in leading and/or influencing at a senior level.Apply now by emailing your resume (in Word format) and a brief cover letter addressing the role's requirements to ****** .
