About the role We're seeking a Senior Manager - Corporate Finance to provide valuable commercial and technical insights to support the Group's investment decisions. You will also provide valuation and general commercial advice with respect to a range of development, corporate finance, commercial and strategic initiatives. You'll join an innovative team that performs the valuations and financial analysis associated with our major strategic capital initiatives. Day-to-day, you will: Develop valuation and financial insights that assist the Group with strategic investment decision making.Preparation of valuation financial models to support Group investments.Work with external financial model auditors.Provide financial analysis support for the financing activities.Prepare and review project implementation plans and post implementation reviews. This role will suit someone with a curious mind and transferrable skills and experiences, including: Strong Corporate Finance experience.Strong and proven ability to work with and build complex financial models (including use of macros).Ability to effectively critique analysis and use commercial judgement to assess outcomes.Strong problem solving abilities.Strong communication and presentation skills, with ability to present ideas, findings and recommendations in a clear and engaging way.
