Using a customer-obsessed approach, we own market strategy, consumer affordability, partnerships, new value propositions, and the Marketplace homepage.About the RoleWe are hiring two manager roles to help lead strategy development and implementation of our consumer growth, merchandising, pricing, and affordability strategy.While there is no typical day for our Strategy and Operations team, you will work on various tasks, such as gathering and analyzing consumer data, translating your insights into a high-level vision and operational plan, and delivering the plan by both "doing" and leading cross-functional teams. This role will report to the Head of Consumer. You are a relentless problem solver and a "do-er", but you are just as comfortable thinking long-term and inspiring a team.Exceptional cross-functional leadership, comfortable in a highly-visible role, you can collaborate and influence effectively and 'set-the-pace' for the rest of the business.Proven analytical skills and can deliver actionable recommendations; advanced Excel skills and competency in SQL and dashboards is required.
