Services include childcare, library services, youth services, gym & swim and Singleton Heights Sports centre, visitor information centre, and customer service.This role is responsible for enabling a culture of high-performance including acting as a champion of change to drive business excellence, the provision of high-quality services internally and to the community, quality customer experiences, stakeholder engagement, financial performance, knowledge management, risk management and legislative compliance for areas of responsibility.
