At Federation Council, we are committed to serving the local community by ensuring that every dollar and every minute counts, as we strive to create a better tomorrow.
We are seeking a versatile and motivated Manager Community and Economic Development (MCED) to lead and manage the delivery of a community focused range of Council services, including Library Services, Community Development (youth and community services; culture, arts and events), Economic Development (land sales, grant applications and property management), and Mobile Preschool.
You will be responsible for strategic and operational capacity, strategic plans, financial performance, and service delivery in the areas of responsibility. Overall management of five direct reports and eleven staff reporting to them. Previous experience in mentoring staff and leading by example to achieve outcomes is expected.
