Key Objectives Lead the Community Care Branch to achieve outcomes within Council Plan with a customer-centric, excellence-focused approach.Drive and collaborate on strategic planning and implementation.Guide, motivate, and develop a high-performing Branch.Manage budgets, people, and resources for optimal outcomes.Contribute to policy development and oversee its implementation.How we will support you Detailed and structured induction into the organisation to ensure you have every opportunity for success.Access to experienced experts and leaders both within the organisation, the community, and the Local Government industry.Professional Development support to help you maintain and develop your skills to further enhance the value you bring to our community.Relocation assistance available.Salary and Conditions A generous salary package of $196,519 that includes private use of a fully maintained vehicle, mobile phone, superannuation, and leave entitlements.
