You will be a valued member of a community that cares; will be well supported to contribute to the leadership and management of person-centred program services; and will be part of the expansion of service innovation and initiatives through the development of stakeholder partnerships and business acquisition.As part of a team, you can create a world where everyone feels welcomed, supported, and empowered.Culture & BenefitsWork alongside a vibrant, highly skilled and enthusiastic workforce.Professional Development opportunities.Organisational alignment strategic plan and values.Excellent site facilities.Duties & ResponsibilitiesDevelop departmental business strategies and plans that align with organisational objectives.Lead the operational management and delivery of quality person-centred lifestyle and community participation programs.Create and maintain a positive and engaging work environment, foster a team approach ensuring effective communication and interpersonal relationships, innovation, problem solving, and knowledge sharing.Participate in the continuing business development and expansion of new business opportunities.Develop and maintain strategic partnerships and identify key market opportunities in line with Strategic direction.Manage and monitor budgets, business activities and financial key performance indicators, ensuring financial sustainability and quality service.Ensure compliance with internal frameworks, policies, and procedures, as well as State and Federal legislation.Ensure client incidents and complaints are identified and promptly responded in line with NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission, organisational policies and procedures.Meet and maintain organisational and legislative WHS requirements, ensuring that employees are provided with a safe workplace and safe ways to work, acting to address areas of need and non-compliance.Skills, Experience & RequirementsDisability, Project Management or Business Management related degree or extensive industry experience.Meet work in Australia requirements.Have and maintain a valid NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check and Safe Environments for Children and Young People.Some work outside of normal business hours and on-call support may be required.Current Driver's licence.Maintenance of mandatory training certifications as required.Must have and maintain a current and valid First Aid Certificate.Agreement to be relocated to another site within the organisation as required.Agreement to undergo medical or functional capacity evaluation as required.If you would like to learn more, please reach out to our team!Apply now and find out moreTo register your interest, please forward your current resume via the application link.For a confidential conversation please contact the office:Email: ******: 08 8232 8008Follow Us OnLinkedIn: www.linkedin.com/company/daviesstewart/Facebook: www.facebook.com/DaviesStewartRecruitment/
