Manager, Community and Allied Health Newcastle Community Health Service About the role: In this pivotal leadership position, you will oversee a wide spectrum of services, encompassing all Allied Health Services at John Hunter Children's Hospital along with integrated Community Services. This diverse range of services include Youth Health Services and well-being council, Child and Family Health and all Allied Health Classifications.
Central to this role is the mentorship and guidance of a team of 15 emerging leaders, fostering their growth through coaching, inspiration, and steadfast support. Your responsibilities will extend to orchestrating crucial meetings, collaborating closely with managers to streamline workflows, and adeptly resolving operational challenges. Additionally, this role involves performance management and overseeing specific projects aligned with the strategic plan for HNEkids. Current projects include piloting an ADHD Service and the Brighter Beginnings healthy development checks across the district.
