Title : Manager, Clinical Services Summary: We are currently seeking a Manager, Clinical Services to join our diverse and dynamic team.
As a Manager, Clinical Services at ICON, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the operational aspects of clinical trials, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services that aid the advancement of innovative therapies.
You will contribute to the success of clinical research by leading teams and optimizing processes to enhance overall trial performance.
Location: 100% On-Site: San Antonio TX (5 days/week) What You Will Be Doing: Managing the day-to-day operations of clinical services, ensuring that trials are conducted efficiently and in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Managing a team of nurses while mentoring and developing team members, fostering a culture of inclusion and excellence in clinical service delivery.
Engaging with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that enhance trial execution and patient engagement.
Monitoring trial progress and performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate effective communication for clinical initiatives.
Act as SME resource for clinical team members Your Profile: Nursing Degree Extensive experience in managing clinical services or operations, with a solid understanding of industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Clinical research experience (Phase I experience strongly preferred) Proven people management experience with strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and manage teams in a dynamic environment.
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, with a focus on optimizing operational processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive successful outcomes.
