About the role The Clinical Governance and Innovation team is accountable for clinical standards and compliance, clinical evaluation, and innovative projects.
The Manager Clinical Learning and Development provides leadership, clinical oversight, management, professional guidance, and support for professional development and capacity building within Rehabilitation and Reintegration.
The branch comprises staff of various professional qualifications and experience, undertaking risk and needs assessments and rehabilitation intervention services of offenders of varying complexity.
This position manages, advises, promotes, and coordinates the delivery of professional development training and activities for clinical staff, staff on internships, and students on placement, and contributes to continuous improvement within the branch.
