This Ad is for 2 Manager Roles within the Clinical Advisory Planning Area About the role: Are you:
A high performing individual with strong leadership and communication skills.Knowledgeable about the health system and hospital environments.Experienced in project management and/or health infrastructure.Victoria is experiencing significant growth in population, and demand for increased health services.
To support this need, a substantial number of health infrastructure projects are in planning, development, and delivery.
The Department requires an expert team to provide clinical advice to inform health infrastructure projects to ensure the hospitals we build in Victoria are functional, operationally affordable and support clinical and patient's needs.
The Manager, Clinical Advisory will be a key advisor, providing comprehensive and accurate advice in the delivery of health infrastructure and the clinical drivers of Capital Planning.
The role sits within the Department of Health and provides advice and direction to the health delivery agency (Victorian Health Building Authority).
The position will lead, support and develop a team of advisors who can coordinate and develop key inputs into the clinical requirements needed for capital infrastructure.
A key aspect of this role is working in partnership with Health Services.

Experience related to health, clinical delivery, capital planning, project management, health planning or health administration, would be highly desirable.
