This Ad is for 2 Manager Roles within the Clinical Advisory Planning Area About the role: Are you:
A high performing individual with strong leadership and communication skills.Do you have current knowledge of the health system and hospital environments?Do you have experience in project management and/or health infrastructure?The Manager, Clinical Advisory will be a key advisor, providing comprehensive and accurate advice in the delivery of health infrastructure and the clinical drivers of Capital Planning.
The role sits within the Department of Health and provides advice and direction to the health delivery agency (Victorian Health Building Authority).
The position will lead, support and develop a team of advisors who can coordinate and develop key inputs into the clinical requirements needed for capital infrastructure.
A key aspect of this role is working in partnership with Health Services.
As a subject matter expert, a strong knowledge of the Victorian health care system and an understanding of the health care environment would be desirable.
An understanding of health infrastructure and project management experience would be highly beneficial.
Strong and engaging interpersonal and stakeholder management skills will be a key to success in the role.

Experience related to health, clinical delivery, capital planning, project management, health planning or health administration, would be highly desirable.
Experience in health infrastructure is an advantage.
