Fixed Term or Secondment Appointment up to 5 years commencing ASAP with possible further temporary appointment and/or permanency.
The Clean Energy Skills National Centre of Excellence (CESNCE) is being established by the Department of Training and Workforce Development to lead the development and innovation in training for clean energy technologies.
The Manager Clean Energy Workforce Capability and Development leads a professional team in a collaborative environment, engaging with clean energy and related industries.
This role will partner with TAFE and registered training organisations, tertiary education institutions, Jobs and Skills Councils, community organisations, government, and other stakeholders.
The position works with educational designers, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to provide input to the design of future-focused training products and resources for training delivery.
The Manager will develop, coordinate, and participate in a community of practice for program design and work with stakeholders to implement the Centre's objectives under the National Skills Agreement.
