Due to internal progression, we are offering a unique opportunity for an experienced candidate to lead a team and drive business performance, continuous improvement and excellence across the operations. You will lead a team comprising of Performance and Insights, Workforce Planning, Quality Assurance and Operational Project Management to promote the best standards of service to injured workers, employer customers cand our contractual obligations. This role provides a unique opportunity to drive forward your career in leadership and workers compensation, with a range of exciting initiatives and projects at the core of your remit. How you'll make an impact Provide strategic direction to establish and contribute to operational design, business planning and operational strategy; Identify and manage continuous improvement opportunities using insights from quality assurance, audits, performance monitoring, call quality monitoring, stakeholder feedback and research into best practices; Provide project management governance to the business around the delivery of operational business plan initiatives; Co-ordinatethe reporting and our engagement with our client according to our Contract Management plan;Lead the quality assurance design framework for claims services delivery in collaboration with risk and compliance frameworks; Lead Workforce Management initiatives to ensure that the business has the appropriate capacity and capability to successfully deliver on service and contractual obligations;Collaborate with the Risk and Compliance (RAC) function to lead the monitoring, root cause analysis and remediation actions; Work with our Technology teams to optimise our Digital and Automation initiatives that support the effectiveness and efficiency of our business unit About you Extensive experience and business acumen in operational leadership across a wide range of disciplines ideally in the finance and insurance sector; Demonstrated experience across quality assurance, continuous improvement, risk and compliance;Exceptional time management and organisational skills; Highly developed communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels of organisation;A strategic mindset and approach to work;A strong sense of team and collaboration.
