We require an authentic strategic leader with exceptional communication skills, with an ability to build relationships, negotiate, influence, and motivate staff and community, across a broad range of key stakeholders.The role is dynamic, requiring a focus on planning and workload prioritisation, budget and time management, innovation, and resilience, with the goal to improve our community's economic prosperity and wellbeing.You will be responsible for the leadership and management of the team and the successful delivery of the functions within it.These functions include Economic Growth and Development; Tourism Development; Events Development and Management; Jetty Road Development; Arts and Culture; Heritage, History, Museums and Galleries.
