THE ROLE Reporting to the Director, Priority Service Design Projects, the Manager Children and Families Service Design team is responsible for the delivery of a collaborative program of work across the department and government to ensure that children, young people and families needing support receive timely access to the right service for their needs.
The role requires a strong, effective, and highly accountable leader to build and maintain constructive stakeholder relationships to design and deliver evidence-informed initiatives and policies to improve outcomes for clients.
