MHDAS provides integrated and recovery oriented mental health, drugs and alcohol assessment, treatment and community support to people of all ages within the Barwon region experiencing, or at risk of experiencing, mental health and drug & alcohol issues, and their families.
About the role As the Manager of our Child and Infant Mental Health and Wellbeing Service you will provide vision, leadership and financial accountability for the service including:
Effectively and safely leading the daily operational and performance requirements of the team allocated to your management.Overseeing clinical workflow and quality in partnership with the Consultants attached to your teams.You will ensure services are high quality, innovative, evidence based and uphold the Barwon Health MHDAS principles of recovery oriented practice.
