Manager: Change, Engagement & Communications Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager for Change, Engagement & Communications to lead the implementation of their change program for the statewide mental health, alcohol & other drugs Digital Transformation Program. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a multi-year, multi-stream program aimed at enhancing healthcare outcomes through digital transformation. What you'll do: Lead the implementation of a significant change program Work within a large, complex statewide project environment Opportunity to influence key stakeholders in an environment of change As the Manager for Change, Engagement & Communications, you will play a pivotal role in leading the implementation of the change program for the statewide mental health, alcohol & other drugs Digital Transformation Program. You will be responsible for creating program-wide change management frameworks, providing expert advice on change management strategies, and leading Business Change Impact Assessments. Your ability to work collaboratively with key stakeholders will be crucial in developing effective change management documentation. Additionally, your leadership skills will be utilized as you mentor a team of change leads/officers and other project staff.
Lead and manage the creation of program-wide change management frameworks Provide expert and strategic change management advice Lead and manage Business Change Impact Assessments and business readiness activities Work collaboratively with key business and program stakeholders to develop change management documentation Manage and implement methodologies required for stakeholder engagement and communication activities Mentor a team of change leads/officers and other project staff in areas of change management What you bring: The ideal candidate for this Manager: Change, Engagement & Communications role will bring proven success in transformational change management and leadership within a large-scale complex program or project environment. You will have experience in developing, documenting, implementing and evaluating change management strategies. Your ability to establish and maintain stakeholder relationships will support effective business change and transition. Advanced communication skills are essential for providing advice to senior management on complex issues. Furthermore, your demonstrated capability in change planning, analysis, interventions, and resistance management will be highly regarded.
