An exciting opportunity located in Brisbane city with flexible work arrangements encouraged. Lead and manage the design and delivery of high-quality learning and development programs for leaders across an organisation that values capability growth for the entire workforce.
Reporting to the Director - Projects and Design within the Centre for Leadership Excellence (CLE), you will lead the design, delivery and evaluation of system-wide capability projects for employees and leaders across Queensland Health.
You will work collaboratively with subject matter experts, internal and external stakeholders along with other CLE teams to cultivate positive, productive relationships and develop innovative and contemporary solutions to workforce capability.
The successful personTo excel in this role, you should have extensive knowledge of contemporary learning and development methodologies, including a deep understanding of adult learning theories, experiential learning approaches, and proven experience in delivering capability projects at scale across a variety of contexts including large and/or complex organisations.
You must be a results-driven and creative leader with a strong background in learning and development, a proven track record of successful project management, and the ability to inspire and lead a small team to deliver high-quality learning solutions.
