About the Role
Reporting to the Director for Business Services & Tax, you will lead an experienced team of accountants to provide advisory solutions to a broad range of clients across different sectors.
Role Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and advise a team of accountants
Provide a high-level business advisory perspective to clients
Provide adequate oversight to ensure client solutions are robust
Assist with the onboarding of new team members
Support the Director for BS&T with clients where required
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (essential)
CA or CPA (essential)
Experience Required
The successful candidate will also demonstrate the following essential experience and attributes:
Minimum five years' experience in corporate accounting
Advanced knowledge of different accounting software and technologies
Experience working within a client service environment
Sound understanding of Accounting Practices and Standards
Exceptional organisational skills and a high level of attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills and can operate well within a team
Ability to learn new systems quickly and invest in their own learning
Microsoft Office proficiency
Consultancy skills (desired) and strong leadership skills
