We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Manager, Business Services.
Reporting to the Associate Director, this full-time and permanent position is based in Australia, North Sydney and offers regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact to our Business Services team and its' growth.
Key responsibilities: Manage the operational responsibilities of a Business Services team to deliver high quality services to clients.Produce, review, and manage the delivery of client advice and outputs.Work on a diverse portfolio of international and domestic clients of varying sizes and complexity.Prioritise, delegate and review tax compliance assignments including the annual financial statements, tax returns, activity statements, FBT, ESS and other tax compliance requirements.Provide high quality tax service and advice to clients and manage relationships with clients.Continuously build and maintain strong relationships with both Australian-based and international-based stakeholders.Liaise with third parties including ATO, ASIC and client advisors.Mentor and coach junior team members in country and on offshore teams.Key requirements: Big 4 or mid-tier experience.Minimum of 10 years business services experience (or related) with substantial expertise in international tax and FBT.3 to 5 years of staff and team management experience and client relationship management.Experience in international client relationship management is highly desirable.An ability to prioritise, delegate and review tax compliance assignments including the annual financial statements, tax returns, activity statements, FBT, ESS and other tax compliance requirements.Workflow management skills and experience, and the ability to delegate tasks.Preparation and analysis of complex management accounting reports.Experience in Tax advisory/research skills.Advanced MS Excel skills and experience with APS, Xero and SharePoint.Company Benefits: In our Australian offices, we believe in putting our employees' well-being first!
