This role is ideal for a very experienced Senior Accountant or Assistant Manager / Supervisor ready to take the next step. CA/CPA qualification with a Degree in Commerce, Law, or Accounting. Over 5 years' experience in Business Services, with demonstrated leadership or mentoring roles. Strong project management skills and a goal-oriented approach. Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Driven professional eager to develop both technical and soft skills. The Role: As a Manager in Business Services, you will: Provide exceptional service and guidance to clients and junior team members. Proactively manage clients' annual compliance obligations and address current and future challenges. Collaborate with Managers and Directors to oversee workflow and team performance. Manage a portfolio of clients, delivering value-added services. Supervise, develop, and support junior team members. Prepare income tax returns and financial statements for various entities. Conduct business advisory work, financial modeling, and handle complex tax matters. Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders regarding queries. Attend to fringe benefits tax, tax planning, payroll assistance, and other business services. Advise clients on business operations, regulatory matters, restructures, accounting system implementation, estate planning, and succession planning. The Perks!
