The Opportunity Available:
The Partners are looking for an individual who has the passion and drive to oversee a high-performing team of accountants and someone who is seeking a long-term opportunity to assist with the wider business strategy.
As the manager, you will need to provide a strong consultative approach by building long-term relationships with your clients. The services provided to these clients will range from bookkeeping to detailed advice on business strategy. As the manager, you will oversee the provision of these services alongside reviewing/approving junior accountants' work and advising clients.
Some of your ongoing duties will include: Managing a small team, reviewing their work and providing mentoring and training where required.Using your well-established technical knowledge to provide strong financial and tax expertise to clients.Identifying key areas of your clients' businesses to provide tailored advice.What's in it for you? To be a successful candidate for this role, you will be:
A CA/CPA qualified accountant with several years' (7+) experience in Business Services within a Public Practice firm.Able to demonstrate previous success in a similar managerial role OR be a proven Senior Accountant with the ability to step up.Confident prioritizing, delegating, and reviewing work for the team.Personable and approachable with excellent time management skills.How to Apply:
