About The OPPORTUNITY We have an exciting opportunity for a Manager, Business Partnering - Internal Investments & Decision Support to join our finance team based in Melbourne or Adelaide reporting to the Senior Finance Manager Business Partnering & Strategic Investments.

Key Responsibilities Include: Partner with department heads to align investment initiatives with strategic objectives and long-term organizational goals.Conduct detailed strategic investment analyses, including financial modelling, risk assessments, and ROI evaluations, to support informed decision-making.Provide actionable, data-driven recommendations to optimise capital allocation and maximise investment outcomes.Present periodic investment reviews to senior leadership, showcasing achievements, highlighting risks, and identifying opportunities for improvement.Act as a trusted financial advisor, collaborating with functional teams to support the implementation of investments and track performance.Lead the preparation of Internal Investment budgets and forecasts.Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to deliver financial insights that influence strategic business decisions.Develop advanced financial models, including DCF, scenario analysis, ROI, and risk assessments, to support decision-making.Provide senior leaders with actionable advice on the financial implications of investments, operational changes, and key decisions. About YOU Degree qualification in relevant field.Completed CA or CPA qualification.Inquisitive mindset with a natural curiosity to explore business challenges and seek deeper understanding of underlying issues.Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex business cases, financial models, and data to identify insights, opportunities, and risks.High proficiency in financial modelling, scenario analysis, and sensitivity analysis to evaluate the financial impact of business decisions.Effective at synthesising large volumes of data and distilling key insights that drive business strategy.Excellent communication skills, able to present findings in a clear and concise manner to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.Experience with financial planning and reporting systems (e.g., Oracle Hyperion Financial Management).
