About the role We are currently recruiting for a Manager Business Partnering and Employee Relations.
This role will be based within the Essential Energy footprint with the ability to work from home in a hybrid work environment.
As the Manager of Business Partnering and Employee Relations at Essential Energy, you will play a pivotal role in leading the Business Partnering and Employee Relations teams.
You will provide specialised advice and support to the business on people and industrial relations matters.
This influential role encompasses managing complex industrial issues, overseeing the enterprise agreement process, and executing the HR Strategy, thereby supporting the entire employee lifecycle and fostering positive employer-employee relationships.
About You You are a skilled professional with extensive experience in senior industrial and employee relations within complex organisations.
You have a proven track record in business partnering, interpreting workplace relations legislation, and providing consistent, reliable advice.
Your expertise includes managing disputes, grievances, and union negotiations, consistently achieving positive outcomes.
With strong technical skills, you excel in applying industrial instruments and policies, demonstrating thought leadership and problem-solving abilities.
Your practical knowledge of workplace legislation and policies, along with your adaptability and pragmatism, enables you to manage workplace issues effectively and thrive under pressure.
Strategically minded, you consider the broader organisational impact beyond individual cases, and your strong interpersonal skills make you an effective leader and influencer in HR matters.
