Our team works with leading brands in our region to bring data & analytics to life.Job DescriptionYour new role and how you'll make a differenceThis is your chance to develop a high-performing acquisition sales team to deliver on our new business plan as part of the overall Growth Team!This is a strategic sales and leadership role responsible for continuously developing, implementing, and monitoring business plans and team members to deliver the financial results through promoting and expanding the illion brands and products to the Australian and New Zealand market.The value-add things you'll beDevelop and drive the segment sales strategyDeliver the business plan on the agreed business strategies and objectives.Develop plans to ensure targets are being met inline with the balanced scorecardCollaborate across the broader CET team and other business units to engage stakeholders and deliver key activities to achieve business objectivesProvide leadership to team members ensuring team member activity aligns to the overall business plan, and drive team engagement and performance through regular communication, and reward and recognition.Coach team members to lift competency through providing regular and timely feedback, respectfully challenging perspectives to expand thinking and approach, and providing opportunities for individuals to expand their knowledge and experience.Provide clarity in key sales objectives and effectively manage team and individual performance to achieve set objectivesProduct interlock to ensure the team is aligned to the product strategy through effective engagement and communicationSFDC compliance – ensure team members maintain an accurate pipeline of sales opportunities in the CRM (SFDC), ensuring adherence to the internal sales process and documentation requirements.Business PlanningSales forecasting and gap managementComplete, present, deliver to, and update your annual business plan.Customer SatisfactionDrive customer satisfactionQualificationsThe experience and qualifications you'll need to be successfulExperience developing and implementing sales plans and strategies to improve team effectiveness.Extensive experience in leading, coaching, and mentoring sales team members to lift capability and deliver high-performance.Experience in effectively engaging and motivating sales team members through enablement and empowerment ensuring individuals and teams alike are set up for success.Significant applicable industry knowledge with demonstrated experience of navigating market trends and solution needs.A strong track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales KPIs/targets within a solutions environment within multi-national companies through new business development and customer growth.Demonstrated track record of successfully engaging and networking with senior executives and securing new revenue streams within strategic accounts.Proven ability to navigate through an organisational structure to identify key stakeholders and build relationships combined with experience in coaching and supporting team members to develop this competency.Demonstrable experience in developing customer-centric, differentiated and achievable solutions, with the ability to position them against competitors.How to ApplyTo apply, please click "Apply Now" button and we will be in touch shortly.Due to the sensitive data that illion works with, employment at illion is subject to employees having full working rights for Australia and/or New Zealand and successful completion of a Criminal Record Check.Here at illion, we value diversity and inclusion and believe that we are able to grow and learn better together with a diverse team of employees.
