The Senior BDR Manager will be responsible for leading a team of Business Development Representatives to effectively qualify self sourced leads and provide a world class experience to prospective clients. This includes hiring, goal setting, performance analysis, and day to day coaching and talent development. This role will be instrumental in developing Klaviyo's future sales leaders as well as ensuring sustained business growth from the inbound channel.How you will make a difference:Hire, train, and manage a team of world class Outbound and Inbound Business Development RepresentativesOwnership of monthly pipeline goalDaily sales coaching and performance managementMaster outbound conversion metricsManage to KPIs that lead to consistent performanceIdentify trends and report effectively in SFDCWork cross-functionally with Sales, Sales Ops, and Marketing to continually optimize outbound productivityHire exceptional talent and develop them into the future sales leaders of KlaviyoMaintain the highest standards of professionalism and accountabilityWho you are:3+ Years of SaaS sales experience (Ideally Marketing Technology)3+ Years experience managing and hiring an Outbound Sales Development Team in a SaaS environmentPrior closing experience preferredOutstanding Coaching Skills Hands on leadership styleAbility to quickly assess skills gaps and develop improvement plansComfortable with change and a fast paced work environmentDetail oriented and organizedProficiency in SFDC, Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales NavigatorEligibility to work in Australia without restrictionThe pay range for this role is listed below. Sales roles are also eligible for variable compensation.
