Manager, Business Banking Compliance OperationsThe Role:This role is to collaborate with the Executive Manager in providing support to the 2nd Line Business Banking Team with reporting for risk committees. Your Responsibilities:Primarily provide Line 2 support to Business Banking Compliance, by performing risk reporting, data analytics provision and hindsight reviews on incidentsProvide insights to the quality and maturity of compliance management with effective use of analytical toolsUndertake hindsight review on incidents, issues and compliance assessment to meet group standardsConstantly collaborate with Line 1 Risk & Compliance team in Business BankExtract data / metrics from various sources as input into Compliance Dashboard to formulate reliable and relevant compliance insights for group and regulatory reportingBuild effective relationships with Group Compliance, Operational Risk, Controls Assurance and Regulatory AffairsSupport the regulatory interaction for Business Bank, with APRA, ASIC, AFCA and CCMC Requirements:5+ years experience in an analytical and reporting function for large financial institutionsGood understanding risk and compliance practices in corporate Financial ServicesGenuine interest in learning and researching about the legal and regulatory environment impacting a Retail / Business BankExperience reporting to / dealing with banking regulators is highly desirableCan think critically on your feet in a changing environmentExcellent time and project management skillsGood data analysis skills using Excel and MS toolsFor further information on this role or to confidentially apply, please contact Eugena Gong on 02 8227 9200 or apply directly via the Apply for this job button.
