Business/Systems Analysts (Information & Communication Technology)Full timeDue to substantial growth, we currently have an exciting opportunity for a Manager of Business Applications to join the team based out of our Brisbane CBD office.As the Manager of Business Applications, you will lead a team of Business Analysts to plan, design, develop and launch efficient business, financial and operations systems in support of core organisational functions and business processes. The Manager of Business Applications is also responsible for driving business objectives solutions to resolution within a team environment and will apply proven management reporting, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills to help maximise the benefit of IT system investments and delivery.Key Responsibilities:Lead the development and optimisation of business applications to meet organisational needs.Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to understand requirements and identify the best technology solutions.Lead, coach and manage a team of business analysts to ensure business objectives are met.Evaluate, implement and support third-party applications, ensuring smooth integration with existing systems.Develop and maintain application roadmaps aligned with company goals and user needs.Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues and implement improvements for reliability and efficiency.Prepare and deliver reports, recommendations or alternatives that address existing and potential trouble areas in systems across the organisation.Skills and Experience:Post-secondary degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Business IT or other related discipline.Holds certifications and qualifications in PMP, PMI, CBAP, CCBA, PBA and/or IBA.Minimum 5 years' experience in systems analysis, preferably with JD Edwards or Hospitality systems.Strong knowledge of business process analysis and system development life cycle process.Highly self-motivated.Ability to effectively prioritise and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.ABOUT USListed on the New York Stock Exchange, Civeo is a leading global provider of workforce accommodation solutions.
