We are seeking applications for the role of Manager, Business Analysis which will form part of our broader Group Finance team and will be tasked with delivering high-quality business analysis that will drive performance and support effective decision making. Reporting to the Head of Finance, this role will see you lead and manage a small team of experienced business analysts towards achieving IGO's 2035 strategy. Key Accountabilities: Manage Group budgeting and forecasting processes, including review and interrogation of departmental/site budgets/forecasts; Build, develop and maintain financial models to support IGO's strategy including for potential transactions, business integration and growth; Support debt and equity processes in accordance with IGO's capital management framework and funding requirements; Conduct market research and peer benchmarking to support delivery of IGO's 2035 strategy; Contribute to the leadership and culture of Group Finance Team and broader IGO Business; Perform ad-hoc analysis as requested by key business stakeholders, including the Board and Executive Leadership Team. Your Experience: Along with an influential leadership and engaging communication style, you will also bring the following skills: Tertiary Qualification in Accounting/Finance coupled with Professional Membership (ANZCA or CPA); Significant leadership capabilities with the ability to lead and motivate teams and influence key stakeholders; Experience in a similar role with deep resources experience, including underground mining; Demonstrated experience in driving change that improves business performance; Outstanding presentation and communication skills; Expert financial modelling and analytical skills; Deep systems experience including application of planning and BI tools; Previous experience implementing a new system and change management to be highly regarded; Previous corporate finance or transaction experience desirable; Experience in an ASX listed environment, with exposure to battery materials / decarbonisation technologies; National Police Clearance obtained within the last two months.
