You'll be responsible for meeting the team's overall productivity and have the opportunity to mentor and provide guidance to your junior colleagues.You will be responsible for a broad range of accounting and management activities including, but not limited to:Reviewing & interpreting financial reports, using Xero, MYOB & other accounting softwarePreparing complex reportsReviewing complex BAS returns and financial statementsReview of management accounts, cash flow reports and annual financial reports across various entity structures and industriesReview of team invoicing and management against budgetLead & mentor staff, championing the firm's expectations for productivity, quality and continuous improvementAbout youIdeally, you will be a tertiary qualified Accountant, with established experience in public practice accounting.
