The firm has a collaborative culture and highly regarded partners, and has grown to become one of the most respected firms in QLD.Due to this growth in the firm, a position has become available to join the team as a Manager.The PositionThe firm is seeking a Manager to join their team.The role includes:Develop and maintain strong relationships with clientsProvide advisory and compliance services to SME clients, as well as large family groupsManage and mentor a team of accountantsWorkflow management of the teamParticipate in the development and implementation of accounting processes and proceduresIdentify and pursue opportunities to grow the firm's client baseThe CandidateThe ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Manager and possess the following:Experience managing $800k + in feesExperience managing a team of 3+ team membersMinimum of 6 years accounting experienceAbility to present to new clientsStrong understanding of accounting principles and technical tax knowledgeExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong attention to detail and organisational skillsCA/CPA QualificationOn Offer$120k - $150k package (dependent on experience)Employee benefitsOpportunity to progress as the team growsGenuine pathway to directorshipMentorship from extremely reputable directorsIf you are looking for an exciting opportunity to join a leading accounting firm and lead a team of strong accountants, this could be the perfect role for you.
