The Role

We are looking for an experienced Manager, Brand & Marketing. This role is responsible for driving increased Fee-for-Service revenue through the strategic development and implementation of marketing and communications programs that inform, educate and excite internal and external stakeholders.
The Manager Brand & Marketing will leverage the domain expertise of Sector Specialists and Business Unit Managers, maximising marketing opportunities of existing and new TADWA products and services.
Importantly, the Manager Brand & Marketing will be the brand custodian ensuring all campaigns and materials conform with our brand and style guidelines and correctly portray the TADWA persona to our intended audiences.

What you'll do:
Provide high level strategic planning, research, and marketing advice;Maintain a quality and accessible online presence for TADWA's digital brand including the Website, internal team portal, social media, google presence etc;Identify, develop, write and design tailored content for internal and external communications channels;Coordinate photography and videography to support all marketing projects;Manage TADWA's branding guide and ensure adherence across the organisation;Manage the design and use of branded collateral and merchandise across the organisation;Identify and operationalise event opportunities from start to finish in conjunction with business unit managers;Build organisational networks through targeted outreach and strong project planning;Develop promotional campaigns for individual products and business units to align with strategic objectives;Plan and lead demand-generating activities for products and services;Support initiatives that ensure product profitability;Develop and monitoring annual marketing budgets considering planned and anticipated activities for brand development and growth in liaison with the General Manager of Customer Experience;Represent the organisation at conventions, seminars, and forums to promote TADWA's existing and new products and services. 17th June, 2024 About TADWA
