Supporting strategic initiatives including blitzes/regional campaigns will ensure a high regulatory presence across Victoria and allows this team to collect observations about problem practices in the industry.Typically conducted at the post-occupancy stage, inspections are informed by operational intelligence and require careful gathering of information, working closely with investigations to drive compliance and hold practitioners to account.
