About the roleWe have a permanent senior leadership opportunity for a Manager – Assets Planning and Delivery (APD) Systems & Analytics joining our team based in Leederville. You'll be responsible for the management of the APD Systems and Analytics section and support the business unit and wider group to achieve objectives through proactive management of systems, processes, reporting and analytics.
What the role will involvePartnering with Heads of Business Units, Section Managers and other customers to monitor and plan for their support requirementsStreamline transactional work and apply a strategic continuous improvement approach to simplify processes and procedures, gain efficiencies and improve the customer experienceLead the formulation and implementation of policies and procedures relating to systems management and reportingOngoing development and implementation of system training for APD system usersDevelop, implement and manage customer feedback processes and undertake regular surveys to benchmark and monitor levels of customer and stakeholder satisfactionCollaborate and support the delivery of capital infrastructure projects with the required project governance, reporting and support servicesLead the development and delivery of group performance reports and monitor to ensure integrity and fit for purpose reportingKey skills and experienceYou'll hold a degree level qualification in engineering, commerce or business management, along with substantial experience leading a reporting and systems management function in a large complex organisation. You'll bring extensive experience in leading multi-disciplinary teams and be a strategic thinker with a track record of management & delivery of complex projects meeting various performance measures aligned with customer needs.
Your demonstrated leadership skills will contribute to a constructive and high-performance culture with the ability to collaborate, negotiate and influence both senior internal and external stakeholders will ensure success in this role.
