Alice Village is welcoming applications for an experienced Manager to lead the team and the day-to-day operations at the Village.
Alice Village offers visitors clean and comfortable accommodation in a secure and quiet setting 5 km from town, with views of the spectacular MacDonnell Ranges. Alice Village offers a variety of accommodation options for both short term and long term stays, from studio apartments through to 4 bedroom houses, and onsite gym, swimming pool, and BBQ area.
As a suitable candidate, you will have a minimum of 12 months experience in a leadership role, and your consultative approach will enable you to deliver key business priorities whilst maintaining proactive engagement with the community. You will hold a current Australian Drivers Licence and will have a current First Aid qualification (or willingness to obtain).
The responsibilities for this position are varied and include:
Ensuring guest and visitor satisfaction.Caring for the grounds and accommodation to maintain a high standard.Proactively partnering with the team at NT Link to enable efficient resolution of Building and Maintenance requirements when necessary.Completing necessary management reports in a timely manner.Ensuring a supportive and engaging work culture for the onsite team.Representing Alice Village at community events as required.Your experience with various Microsoft Office products and preferred experience with RMS platforms will enable you to have a hands-on approach to all aspects of the Village operations.
