With a focus on fostering excellence in support services and patient-centered care, this role calls for a leader with both qualifications and experience to drive continuous successful candidate will be instrumental in shaping the delivery of services, ensuring they align with best practices and meet the diverse needs of our community. The chosen Manager will have the opportunity to lead a dedicated team of professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and responsibilities include:Management of people and culture processes ensuring recruitment, credentialing, supervision models, retention, staff engagement, performance management and workforce planning are aligned with organisational policies and procedures;Lead a multidisciplinary team to deliver assessment, counselling, care and recovery and withdrawal support for people experiencing Substance Use Disorders (SUDs) including Opioid Replacement Therapy (ORT) Pharmacotherapy;Work collaboratively within a consortia partnership Model of Care (MoC) to ensure seamless navigation of the service system for clients, families and carers;Clinical caseload to support service team requires someone who has:Relevant tertiary qualifications in a Mental Health or equivalent discipline;Excellent time management and organisational skills;Demonstrated problem solving and decision-making skill;High level interpersonal skills including self-management and reflective practice.Working for ERH At ERH we offer a supportive and inclusive culture that offers opportunity for growth and development.
