Key responsibilities include: Management of people and culture processes ensuring recruitment, credentialing, supervision models, retention, staff engagement, performance management and workforce planning are aligned with organisational policies and procedures; Lead a multidisciplinary team to deliver assessment, counselling, care and recovery and withdrawal support for people experiencing Substance Use Disorders (SUDs) including Opioid Replacement Therapy (ORT) Pharmacotherapy; Work collaboratively within a consortia partnership Model of Care (MoC) to ensure seamless navigation of the service system for clients, families and carers; Clinical caseload to support service provision. Our team requires someone who has: Proven experience working in similar setting; Relevant tertiary qualifications in a Mental Health or equivalent discipline; Excellent time management and organisational skills; Demonstrated problem solving and decision-making skill; High level interpersonal skills including self-management and reflective practice.
