Manager -  Alcohol and Other Drugs Allied Health Processionals EA 2021 – 26 (Grade 3 Equivalent) 64 hours / fortnight Permanent Part Time   ERH services the Shire of Campaspe and the cross-border Murray River Council. Echuca Moama and townships are located directly across the state border from one another, separated by the Murray River.  ERH provides a comprehensive range of acute, medical, surgical and sub-acute services plus residential aged care and a broad range of community healthcare services. This managerial opportunity at Echuca Regional Health within the Alcohol and Other Drugs department presents a significant chance for a seasoned professional to make a meaningful impact. The successful candidate will be instrumental in shaping the delivery of services, ensuring they align with best practices and meet the diverse needs of our community. The chosen Manager will have the opportunity to lead a dedicated team of professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability. Key responsibilities include: Management of people and culture processes ensuring recruitment, credentialing, supervision models, retention, staff engagement, performance management and workforce planning are aligned with organisational policies and procedures; Lead a multidisciplinary team to deliver assessment, counselling, care and recovery and withdrawal support for people experiencing Substance Use Disorders (SUDs) including Opioid Replacement Therapy (ORT) Pharmacotherapy; Work collaboratively within a consortia partnership Model of Care (MoC) to ensure seamless navigation of the service system for clients, families and carers; Clinical caseload to support service provision. Our team requires someone who has: Proven experience working in similar setting; Relevant tertiary qualifications in a Mental Health or equivalent discipline; Excellent time management and organisational skills; Demonstrated problem solving and decision-making skill; High level interpersonal skills including self-management and reflective practice.
