About the Role: The Manager, Admissions, Pathway and Credit coordinate and oversee the admissions process for both undergraduate and postgraduate programs, ensuring adherence to university policies and regulations regarding admission and credit assessment practices.

This position requires collaboration with teaching areas to ensure equitable and consistent credit assessments whilst proactively liaise with academic departments to develop and maintain transparent pathways for students, which may involve articulation agreements and transfer pathways.
This is a full-time position at a HEP 8 classification, salary $106,346 (per annum) - $119,760 (per annum) plus 17% superannuation, working 36.75 (1.0 FTE) hours per week over a continuing contract period.
Some of the duties you may perform are:

- Lead the Admissions team in the delivery of student admissions, pathways and academic credit to build an environment which promotes teamwork, collaboration, and commitment, and actively mentor team members to develop capabilities and realise potential
- Deliver sector-leading customer service to all stakeholders, including prospective students
- Monitor application deadlines, review applications, and facilitate communication with applicants regarding their admission status.
- Undertake all selection activities that relate to VTAC and stay updated on VTAC policies and practices to make appropriate policy recommendations that optimise the University's application and selection process.
- Should exhibit excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to provide accurate advice and liaise effectively with various stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain reporting mechanisms to track, analyse and prepare timely reports on admission and credit assessment data.
