About the role
We are seeking a professional and proactive people manager with a focus on process optimisation and stakeholder/customer service. Reporting to the Director of Employee Engagement & Administration Services, this diverse role requires managing, reviewing and effecting contemporary practice in the provision of the various administration services provided to senior members of staff and students within the Middle and Senior School, and to visiting members of the community.
Key Responsibilities include:

Manage and lead the Administration Services Team
Oversee and manage the delivery of diverse administration services, including reception
Review, improve, consolidate and streamline administration processes
Lead further transformation and change to optimise the administration function to deliver exceptional service to stakeholders

Role Requirements

Strong leadership skills and experience, with the proven ability to build, manage, coach and motivate a diverse team, particularly through change.
Successfully managed internal stakeholder needs and relationships
Strong administration skills including advanced system and technology skills
A continuous improvement and service mindset
Proactive work ethic and ability to learn quickly
Experience in a Business Excellence/Process Optimisation, or similar role
Personal alignment to the School's Strategic Framework, Philosophy and Character
