The Role The Manager, Acquisition Support role is the primary contact between the Acquisitions Team and various internal departments at Connective.
This role focuses on supporting the Head of Member Acquisition by ensuring that all team members are equipped with the support, training and tools they need to grow the business and provide excellent service to our brokers.
Within a high performing team surrounding you, you will have the following responsibilities:
Maintain sales collateral and resources to support the Acquisitions TeamSupport in driving sales excellence and training in line with current sales methodologies & processesContinuous client-centric process improvementsCollaborate with all business departments to roll out programs and training targeting brokers' needsBuild strong relationships with internal stakeholdersIdentifying opportunities to enable broker success by highlighting key points and establishing methodology to equip staff with additional resourcesRegularly update modules and playbooks to ensure they are relevantEnsuring collateral and resources are easily accessibleThe Person As a dedicated advocate for sales excellence and enablement, you take pride in fostering customer success by identifying impactful solutions that help businesses grow and thrive.
